Special automatic lamination cross-cutting line for silicon steel power transformers
The CAH (23)-400LA cross-cut line is a special equipment for producing transformer cores. It is our latest generation of cross-cut line. This production line is used to cut transformer core sheets. Punched and V-notched. We produce transformer core sheets with full bevel seams, semi-bevel seams, and direct seams. After the silicon steel sheet coils are punched and cut into laminates of certain specifications, shapes and sizes by this production line, they are sorted and sorted at the end of the production line for use in core lamination. This production line adopts an advanced control system to ensure accurate and stable operation of the production line. Embedded operation terminal can complete parameter setting quickly and conveniently。
Features
1. The machine body is welded with high-quality steel, and the castings are punched and sheared. The mounting surface is made of thickened steel plate. The structure is strong and firm, and heat treatment eliminates the risk of deformation.

7. The width adjustment device is driven by a servo motor and controlled by a computer to realize automatic width adjustment.
