CANWIN cross-cut line for separating cutting yoke and edge pieces
The cross-cutting line is a special equipment for producing transformer cores and is the latest generation of our company's cross-cutting line. This production line is used to cut O punching holes and V notches of transformer core sheets. The special feature of the production line is that one O punch and two V notches can be used for the yoke of two-layer laminates; it can produce transformer core sheets with 3, 5, and 7 steps in the vertical direction and 3, 5, and 7 steps in the horizontal direction. After the silicon steel sheet coils are punched and cut into laminates of certain specifications, shapes and sizes by this production line, the grading and sorting work is completed at the end of the production line, and they are automatically stacked into 2 rows for use during core assembly. This production line adopts an advanced control system to ensure accurate and stable operation of the production line. The embedded operation terminal can complete parameter setting quickly and conveniently.
